Paragon has the BEST customer service! Last April we got two feet of heavy wet snow and two trees came down, hitting our garage and the living space above it. It resulted in leaks around our cupola. Paragon came out and did a great job on the repair. While up on the roof, they kindly took down our weathervane so we could get it repaired. They told us to call them once we got it back and they would stop by and reinstall it for us. We're so happy to have our weathervane back up! Not many companies take the extra time to do a customer a favor. We really appreciate it!

Paragon did a great job installing our new roof on our home in Wolfeboro! Prompt and great attention to detail. Cleanup afterward was excellent, which is important as we have small dogs and kids. Highly recommend - worth the money!

The communications from Paragon were exceptional. My old roof was removed, repairs made and a new architectural single roof was installed. They did a very good job on my roof. I even recommended them to someone at my Dentist's office at the time because they said they were on a six month waiting list to get their roof done. Within a month of my estimate, I had a newly shingled roof. Looks great and a more professional job than the original builders of my house did.

We had a slight mis-communication about the project, but Nick made it right immediately. That kind of service is very hard to find nowadays. I have recommended him to some friends as well. We are very pleased with the job and how great Nick was to make sure everything was correct.

We needed to have the roof replaced on our mixed-use building in the middle of this past winter. Nick's crew came and persevered through snow and freezing temperatures. Clean up was a bit of a problem due to debris buried in snow banks, but they came back after the snow melted (and well after they had already been paid) to do a final clean up. Good friends of mine are having their roof on their home done by Paragon, as I write this, and my friends have likewise been impressed with them.

We were away for a while and I thought I noticed a puddle on the floor of our living room through the cameras we have in the house. I called Paragon and they were wonderful. They sent someone over that day, they entered the house, checked on everything and called me to let me know what was happening. They were so professional and helpful.
